A FULL REFUND IS GIVEN IF WE MUST CANCEL A TRIP. If you must cancel a trip, NGO will do everything possible to reschedule your trip for another date.
ALL PRICES AND AVAILABLITY OF TRIPS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE BY NORTH GEORGIA OUTFITTERS. CREDIT CARDS WILL BE PRE-AUTHORIZED FOR CERTAIN PRE-PAID TRIPS AND ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE. RESERVATIONS ARE GUARANTEED 100% UPON RESERVATION REQUEST AND TRIP DEPOSIT RESERVATION.
A deposit equal to ½ of your total package is due in order to reserve your trip. ½ of your deposit is refundable if canceled at least 14 days prior to your trip. No refund will be given if canceled within 14 days of your trip.
