Before coming on your trip, please read our guidelines below. These trips are suitable for fishers with all levels of fishing experience. You will be required to sign a waiver of liability prior to beginning your trip. Please print and sign the waiver prior to arriving at the Retail Center. (Adobe Reader is required to view and print the waiver).

Minimum Age Requirement

• Children under the age of 6 not recommended

• Appropriate for the weather

• Sunscreen
• Sunglasses
• Cooler for fish
• Snacks & drinks
• Camera
• Georgia fishing license

Pets

• Pets are not allowed on any NGO Fishing Adventure

Medical Conditions

• People with medical conditions should consult their physician before going on a fishing trip.

Policies

• We reserve the right to alter, modify, or cancel a trip due to bad weather, unsafe conditions, or requests made by governmental, park, or state agencies. A FULL refund is given if we must cancel a trip.
• All prices and availability of rides are subject to change without notice by North Georgia Outfitters. Credit Cards will be pre-authorized for certain pre-paid trips and are non-transferable. Reservations are guaranteed 100% upon reservation request and tour deposit authorization.
• You must give a minimum 72 hours notice before your scheduled trip in order to cancel and receive a full refund. Should you fail to cancel 72 hours the day prior to reservation time and date, your credit card will be charged the full amount.
